How we work

There are three ways to work with Nilaad: a diagnostic of 2 to 4 weeks, a build of 6 to 12 weeks, or a fractional data leader by the month. If you are not sure where to start, start with a diagnostic. A senior consultant leads every engagement from the first call to the handover.

Four habits we keep

Start from the decision

We ask who decides what, and with which number, before we look at any tool.

Fix the foundations first

Data quality, metric definitions and ownership come before the model or the dashboard that depends on them.

Agree what "used" means

Each piece of work gets a usage measure before it is built: who should open it, query it or act on it, and how often.

Ship small and hand over

You see working results on your own data every two weeks, and everything has documentation and a named owner on your side before we leave.

The three formats

Diagnostic

2 to 4 weeks, fixed scope

A review of your data, platform, analytics or AI setup, for companies that know something is wrong and do not yet know what to fix first.

You get a written assessment, a prioritized roadmap and a cost estimate for the first build.

Build

6 to 12 weeks

One defined thing, scoped before it starts and built in your environment: a data platform, a metric layer, an experimentation setup or an AI assistant.

You get a working system, its documentation and a handover to a named owner in your team.

Fractional lead

By the month

A senior data and product leader inside your company for an agreed number of days each month, as head of data or data product manager.

You get priorities and a roadmap for the data team, coaching for the people you have and help hiring the permanent lead.
