Diagnostic
The diagnostic is a fixed-scope review of your data, platform, analytics or AI setup that takes 2 to 4 weeks.
You get a written assessment, a prioritized roadmap and a cost estimate for the first build. It is for companies that know something is wrong and do not yet know what to fix first.

How it runs
- Week 1: interviews with decision makers and the data team, and access to systems.
- Week 2: review of the stack, the data models, the metrics and the spend.
- Week 3: findings, roadmap and cost estimate, presented and handed over in writing.
- A fourth week is added for larger companies or when AI readiness is in scope.

Read access to your data platform and BI tool, and an hour each from five to eight people.
What happens afterward?
You own the roadmap. You can run it with your team, with us or with someone else.
