Build
A build delivers one defined thing in 6 to 12 weeks: a data platform, a metric layer, an experimentation setup or an AI assistant. It is scoped before it starts, built in your environment and handed over with documentation.
How it runs
- We agree the scope, the usage measure and the owner on your side before work starts.
- You see working results every two weeks.
- The last two weeks are handover: documentation, training and a named owner in your team.
