AI strategy and governance
Nilaad helps leadership teams decide where AI is worth using, check whether their data can support it and put controls in place to run it responsibly under GDPR and the EU AI Act. You end with a short list of use cases, a business case for each and a plan to get the first one into production.
When to call us
- You have many AI ideas and no way to rank them.
- A pilot worked in a demo and stalled before production.
- Legal or security has questions about data, models and vendors that nobody can answer.
- You need an AI policy that your teams can follow.
What we do
- Use case discovery and scoring on value, feasibility and risk.
- A data readiness review for the top use cases.
- Build, buy or wait decisions, with model and vendor choice.
- AI governance: policy, risk classification under the EU AI Act, evaluation and monitoring standards, and roles.
- A roadmap and budget for the first 12 months.
What you have at the end
A ranked list of use cases with business cases, a governance policy and a funded plan for the first production use case.
Questions
Does the EU AI Act apply to us?
If you place AI systems on the EU market or use them in the EU, parts of it are likely to apply. What you must do depends on the risk class of each use case. We classify your use cases and list the obligations for each one. We are not a law firm, so for legal sign-off we work alongside your counsel.
